Scrubs had some of the highest highs of any show. It was so well written.

Fringe but I agree Scrubs had a great finale. The final sequence when he is watching the reel of his future life was really well done both the visuals and the accompanying music.
ETA: Scrubs music was probably the best I can think of from a sitcom.

Which is why it's a tragedy that in syndication some of the songs were changed.
IFC has begun running reruns, IIRC.

My wife and I danced to Book of Love at our wedding. Fantastic song.
Scrubs is definitely one of the GOATs. Others mentioned in here are GOATs too, like Fringe and The Office.
As polarizing as it is, I think LOST's finale is up there (at least for me).
The Wonder Years is also up there. Just the idea that you don't usually end up with your first true love is a lesson most young kids should learn early on if possible.
