It was a long three days around my house as the wife watched the new season. It’s just not good. On any level. Lifetime makes better shows. And Lifetime sucks.

mine just started this shite as well. she gets pissed at me because the writing is so formulatic that i blurt out the line before the actors do and spoil what's about to happen (because they fricking telegraph it to you like you're 4 years old)
they must have picked the cheapest screenplay writer imaginable to pen the dialog.

wow that was about the worst hour of television dialog i've seen in 30 years. jack as a hardened iraq veteran?
michael dukakis in a tank could pull that off better. kill me now; we're on season 1 and there's like a bazillioin episodes to go.

My wife loves this show, which is unfortunate. But, she binged all of the episodes for the new season and finished it within 3-4 days.
Benefit is that I found a show that I watched called Norsemen on Netflix while she watched that pile.

Norsemen is one of funniest shows on cable. Love it. Yarl Varg is hilarious.

I started watching it because it was trending or some shite. I kinda enjoyed it because the female lead is hot and it sort of reminded me of Northern Exposure, but the kidnapping episode may have been the end for me. No amount of hot chick can overcome the shitty writing.
