I dug it enough (especially the soundtrack) but I hated the ending. Why go back to the 'real world' if perception is reality and it doesn't really matter? Live out your lucid dream as a gajillionaire playboy.

He only had a certain amount of money left to keep him in the dream world anyway.

Plus he could be completely healed now so he would no longer be in pain. Plus how cool would it be to wake up in a futuristic world? Well, as long as that world is devoid of human killing robots and the matrix.

Ahhhh good call. I liked this as well, I know many hated it.

Also, I did enjoy Tropic Thunder, maybe it was the group I was with, but I laughed a lot.

i wanted to shoot myself after watching that, i've never seen worse directing, acting, or a script.. it didn't even have any entertaining fight scenes, they would jump out behind their cover and just spray bullets... it looked like a 11 year old made it

the girl with jungle fever that got naked twice was fiiine as hell though

oh yea, and vanilla sky was a good one

Battlefield Earth was actually a great movie. It was just misunderstood and years ahead of its time.....

It isn't a great movie by any stretch of the imagination but I think it works as an old school platoon movie and I would defend the movie for the Axis Sally scene on its own.
