My personal Rushmore is, in no particular order, Silk Stalkings, Psych, Suits, Burn Notice.

Monk & Burn Notice are close but Burn Notice had Bruce Campbell which was the tie-breaker for me.

Without even clicking the thread that was the first show that popped into my head as being totally USA back in the day...even if it didn't start out on USA.

Monk has to be on there. Show won more awards than any USA Network show.

Isn’t Monk the show that basically opened the door for all of their other series’s of the time?

Psych, Burn Notice, Monk, Royal Pains were the ones I watched.

ETA Honorable mentions, Weird Scienc and Pacific Blue

Psych, Monk, Burn Notice and White Collar. Probably in that orderb but you could flip White Collar and Burn Notice.

Didn’t these air back to back?

I totally forgot about duck man. I used to watch both of these every time.

I was going to say USA High, but looked it up and it was NBC show that re-aired immediately after on USA.

Either way

La Femme Nikita. Woefully under budgeted and considered too dark for pre-911 standards. Luckily the creators were able to use much of the show's framework when they made 24.
