It’s not a new movie, but “We Need To Talk About Kevin” was disturbing.

Been a while since I’ve seen a real messed up movie but a couple off the top of my head...

The Witch

Paranormal Activity

A few years back still...

The Last House on the Left

Just read the wiki for this. Holy Christ. Why would they make that movie? And why would you watch it?!

But seriously I thought "The Bird Box" was pretty wacked.

Climax. There is a scene in the movie that involves a pregnant girl that is almost unbearable to watch

Thanks for the list of movies to avoid.

I haven't seen any messed-up movies lately, but the most messed up movie I ever saw (because it was real) was Crumb. Robert is an interesting, weird dude, but he was the most "normal" one in the family, everyone else was totally messed up (maybe NSFW clip from the doc).

The Director was murdered during post production of the film by someone who claimed to have stolen film reels, and told the director to meet in an undisclosed area to get the missing reels back in exchange for money. Just adds to the strange lure behind the film.
