Sophie's Choice, frick how would having to pick which of your kids live frick up your life.

AI-I know this is a weird choice but when I watched this I was dating a lady with an autistic child. The kid in the movie was very much like her son. For some reason it just hit me at the time.

Green Mile and Land Before Time were huge tear jerkers for me when I was young but if were going depressing..

Requiem for a Dream is the most depressing way to spend a couple hours

Who Will Love My Children - based on a true story
Lady with 10 kids gets cancer and knows her alcoholic husband cannot care for them so she finds homes for all of them before she dies

My Sisters Keeper - saw this at the movies with my sister and boo hoo cried the whole time. I was sniffling and blowing my nose and sobbing. I was so embarrassed. I hate that movie.

Has anyone seen "By the Sea" with Angelina and Brad Pitt?

Other than Angelina's tits, it was about as depressing as it gets

Is the correct answer to this thread. And if you disagree it's because you haven't seen the movie

Seent it.

And disagree.

The movie is completely hopeless, I'll give you that, and it is depressing, but try watching stuff like Breaking the Waves (a crippled man urges his wife to take another lover and tell him about it) and The Sweet Hereafter (a busload of kids in a small town crashes and all the children drown) are gut wrenching.
