Just took my son to see it tonight. How bad does your space movie suck when the 7-year old boy wants to leave? It honestly felt like a bunch of Chinese writers tried to put together an American movie, it was like watching a movie in subtitles in reverse.

Yeah the concept of the show is great, basically an ancient aliens theme with the moon. They were shooting for an Independence Day crossed with transformers crossed with inner space and failed horribly.
But the execution was putrid, a high school drama club could have produced a better movie.

I could tell from the previews that this might be one very small step above Sharknado on effects and story line. I was surprised that when preview was over it didn’t say coming straight to VHS.
