Well if you see the rumors that’s exactly what they’re doing. Ending this era with these avengers and resetting it all. If the avengers music and seeing cap doesn’t get the juices flowing from the OG movies then probably should just move on and watch something else.

The problem with rebooting after this is you haven’t established any new people to really hang your hat on…
Sam isn’t really working as cap, no one cares about lady black panther, the teen avengers thing went no where, F4 did ok but no one really loved them so tough to think they’re going to be carrying the banner…same goes for the thunderbolts
Spider man is your biggest draw but you don’t really own him and how much longer does Holland want to do it ?
I still think they should have used the multi verse to do more solo movies with alternate/recast OG chargers. Could have told scaled down stories and it rids you of the “where were the rest of the avengers?” problem you run into. Plus anyone can go see it without needing to do homework beforehand
The inter connected universe was great, you defied the odds and told a great saga….but it’s just tough to sustain.

I think that the rationale and the hoped for draw to this is: As Infinity War was to the MCU, Doomsday is to the MCU/FOX/Sony. It's an oxymoron of a climax, a watered-down mega-conclusion. It's an obvious last gasp for the Marvel franchises but if they do not do it now, they'll never have another chance. Stewart and McKellan will soon be lost to us and even the "younger" actors will soon be too old to be taken seriously as superheroes. I'm looking at it as an MLB Old Timers Day. Not the most exciting game, but something that I'd love to experience.
