Yep
Quite a homely group of women in that area of the country. Ohio is similar. I remember when LSU played OSU in the 2007 MNC game there were 150,000 OSU fans in New Orleans and I think I saw 5 attractive women

Don't need love stories for that. Look at GoT. It was super gratuitous early on (thinking of Balish exposition in his brothel while two lesbos getting it on).
There was also a scene I read where producers asked for more nudity.
HBO likes to remind you that you're watching "premium" stuff, and I guess they thinks that equates to more profanity and nudity/sex.
I don't mind either, but I don't like it when it's gratuitous and out of place. It's the reason I quit on Ozark, that little redneck blonde chick's mouth was so out unbelievable to me.
There are people who talk like that, but I'm not interested in listening to them, either.

But for real, you need to catch back up for the upcoming final season. The plot lines are ridiculously unbelievable, but that's still a fantastic show.

Burned through 3 episodes tonight, I haven’t read the whole thread it could’ve already been mentioned...but why is the trend on new shows to make the town look as dreary and depressing as possible?
My main takeaway after three episodes is that I got down on my knees and thanked the good Lord I wasn’t born in Easttown, PA. What a depressing town.
It’s good though, I’m hooked. I got a thing for Winslet I don’t even care how butch she looks in this.

A. it adds to the spookiness (think how HBO made Louisiana look in True Detective, granted a lot of La is quite spooky looking lol).
B. I don't know personally but I'd guess alot of little towns in the North East, such as the Midwest, look just like that as all the jobs and industry left and pills took over hard.
C. You are probably not wrong in thanking God that you weren't born in Penn lol.

Not sure what to think now. Still think Siobhan comes into play somehow. There’s something going on there and Erins uncle might be the actual dad.
Not sure how the kids now come into play. Good shite. Although I think the abductor will turn out to have a partner. Would be super anti climactic for it to just be this random guy acting alone.
