My wife asked me once what I would do if one of my kids got abducted.
My answer mirrored alot of what happened in Man on Fire.
If my child is taken, everyone's life is forfeit until I find them. I don't care if I spend every remaining second in jail. . .I will have them back, or vengeance.

How would you calling the cops help me sleep? I'm just saying that Man on Fire is a movie for a reason. But I'm sure you'd go all badass and go on a killing spree until you found your kid though.

I agree with this.
Honestly, after John Q, I was really turned off on Denzel movies... I thought Training Day was just an OK movie. And when John Q came out I was pretty much done with Denzel. Glad I was talked into watching MoF - great film and great performance by DW.
ETA: I can't wait for "Flight" to come out. The trailer looks awesome. I think it is my most anticipated film until it comes out.

I thought it was Denzels best movie. It's a rollercoaster ride for sure.
