The timeline doesn't remotely match up in the alternate universe. I had a hard time accepting that Jin was kidnapped the same day Sayid kill Keamy, since it seems that only 2 days have passed in Jin's timeline, and 3 days passed for Sayid. But I'll let it slide that they didn't show us a single day. But as for Locke coming in the hospital the exact same time as Sun, no, there is no possible way this could be happening, since at least a week has passed in Locke/Ben's story in the alternate universe. So unless Sun has been bleeding for a good 4+ days, then they don't match up.
