I'll recap it for you.
1) There is anticipation of future episodes.
2) There is disappointment over next week's break.
3) Desmond wore a ring while on the plane in LAX, although he has yet to meet Penny and isn't married in the alt-timeline. Theories abound.

I don't know if Terry O'Quinn can sing "Buffalo Soldier" while bouncing around on his nuts though.

What's with the "Wallace" thing?
Posted on 4/20/10 at 4:12 pm to Smalls
He's listed on Jacob's wheel and is crossed out as 108. In the cave, there's no 108 listed, if I remember correctly. There were a lot of discrepancies between the two lists.

Everyone wanted to know who Wallace was and made up a bunch of batshit crazy theories about it. Now, some of us just occasionally joke about it, but it still drives Stu crazy.

I remember reading one of the threads a few episodes ago, and someone was talking about Wallace and some book and how the book character was Wallace in the show. I didn't know what the hell was going on.

He represents MIB's quest to free himself from the island.

but whoever that dumbass was that was obsessed with it, yeah, that was different

I'll say this though, I hadn't watched LOST at all until around Christmas. I then proceded to waste many of my evenings and weekends watching episode after episode until I caught up to this season. Wow. It makes you realize how crappy the rest of television is.

I think I know who you are talking about. But he chilled out in many ways after a short bannage.

Amen, Brotha.

This may be like lighting the fuse, but...where did we get the idea for an Adam and Eve? Like I said earlier, I've seen all of the episodes just within the last few months, and this never entered my mind until I started reading these threads.

Don't kill me for posting this. I don't think it is truly involved, but it is of some coincidence (source of inspiration?).

From Lostpedia:

Charles Wallace was a character in A Wrinkle In Time series of children's books. He was a psychic child in stories about time/space travel, changing the past, series of "might-have-been" events, turning point events battles between the powers of good and evil, a large evil cloud called The Black Thing, and an evil intelligence called IT who controls people's minds.

If that's legit, it's interesting. I would go with possible inspiration.

The mysterious jungle boy is Wallace.
Book it.

I just finished season 2 (watching again) and i heard the whispers and the losties started pissing their pants and i chuckled at their foolishness.
But in the Season 2 Finale, they see a huge green bird thing in the jungle on their trek lead by Michael, and hurley seems to think it says his name. What the hell was that thing?
