Ummmm, you’re just wrong here. Sammy has very clearly not read the books. Maybe he read the Hobbit, but he has not read a page of Lord of the Rings or the Silmarillion. He is without question the single most ignorant mother fricker about Tolkien in this thread. He called Christopher Tolkien a using hack for God’s sake. Sammy is a fricking liar that he has read these books. I’m way more willing to believe CP3 has read it than him.

Darker skinned people absolutely did exist in Middle Earth. But those stories don’t concern the works he wrote.
Amazon had incredible opportunities to delve into the rich untapped history of the southern & eastern lands only mentioned about in other books.
That would have been really awesome!
But they chose a crude, nonsensical quick race swapping route instead.

Looks like all the fears we had about this show came to light and is true. They ruined Galadriel storyline. Sends her on a pointless detour. Looks like they woke storylines shite the bed as well.

Ok maybe Sammy hasn't, I don't know. But I know %100 that CP3 hasn't. I've called him out on it probably 10 times and he's responded to the posts but never the part about me calling him out. For weeks now. It wasn't until you, his lord and savior, said that he might have that he said he has read them. He can't have his lord thinking he hasn't read them. You could read all the Rings of Power threads over the past year and you won't find a single post where CP3 drops any book knowledge, much less The Silmarillion.

As we expected and told y’all for the past few months. This is one of the biggest frick ups in Hollywood history. EW destroys this show and explains every frick up. It’s a shame you woke liberals have to destroy everything that was once good.
