Remember the Avengers post credit when Thanos was introduced and said "Fine, I'll do it myself"

Maybe it will be a similar sort of post credit with Kang or something.

Knowing Marvel, they will wait until the Dr. Strange post credit to mention him

Ant-Man and The Wasp Quantamania doesn't come out until February 2023 unfortunately.

I've enjoyed this series. But Kang sucks as a Big Bad Villain.

Kang has been one of my favorite villains in the comics. I mean the dude has legit conquered thousands of worlds across the time lines. He's kind of a cosmic version of Alexander or Genghis Khan. Plus, his will and drive when he does find himself on the same side as the Avengers from time to time makes pretty good reading.

I don't know if all of that will transfer over to cinematic adaptation, of course. If they hit it right, they could have a really great character.

I've pretty much resigned myself that he won't be introduced in Loki, though.

I think everyone is making the false assumption that whomever is in that castle is also the head of the TVA. Wouldn’t surprise me if the real Timekeepers are being held there while Kang or Immortus or whoever is actually in charge of the TVA now, but we get nothing more than a peek of them, maybe just a name.

Believe that Marvel has all but confirmed a season 2. Wouldn’t surprise me if season 2 led into Antman 3.

It’s gonna be another Loki. Marvel is just teasing stuff in their series

Definitely.

For some added tension, it will either be a Hiddleston Loki or a Sylvie Loki.

Never crossed my mind, but a Sylvie variant would make a ton of sense and I wouldn't mind that at all.

Just never cared for him in comics. After Thanos, he seems like a major step-down. Just a genius intellect-guy, no formidable powers. If they were going this route, Dr. Doom would've been a much better choice.

Obviously they could at any minute, but does anyone find it odd that Marvel hasn't dropped some short little promo with a few new clips from tomorrows episode? I feel like usually the day before we'll get a little 30 second promo with 2-3 new clips. They just released a 16 second promo but it was all old stuff.

What if Mobius is Kang in disguise, or a Kang variant?…and he just needed the Loki’s to gain safe passage past Alioth?

Interesting theory, but I think that would be a long shot. Mobius and Kang are completely different types. I know they don't follow the comics precisely, but these two characters have completely different backstories in the comics.

Really, I think the only reason Mobius showed up in the Void is because they wanted to maximize Owen Wilson's role.

My take on the whole Alioth thing is that no one is quite right. I believe the “door” itself can’t be opened from the inside, only the out so Alioth was placed there to deter people from finding the door.

At this point it's not just fans taking breadcrumbs and saying "Mephisto!!" They're knocking us over the head with Kang. There were more hints at Kang in last episode than Wandavision ever had.

Yeah, Wandavision had people trying to guess who might be the big bad, but those were flat guesses.

Loki's been different. They've taken a format (time travel and variants), and have introduced multiple characters (Ravonna, Alioth) that all tie in directly to Kang.

And for what it's worth, a little research on Kang shows that he is tied into Reed Richards (as in, related to him); so Kang isn't JUST a potential big bad, he's also a gateway into Fantastic Four, which we know is coming. That alone bumps him up on the probability list... Mephisto would be interesting, but doesn't directly lead into integrating any of the other Marvel properties (except Ghost Rider) into the MCU. And we've already seen the Rider in Agents of Shield, right?

Kang introduced in the series allows the movies to introduce the FF.

I know the main focus is on whether Kang or variant Loki is in the castle.

But personally, my main concern is being able to see Mobius ride his jetski.

Mobius rode a variant jetski in episode 5.

SPOILERSSSSSSS:

It's a bad bad bad motherfricker in that castle at the end of time

The origin of "We Wuz Kangs." Quite literally.

Phenomenal episode. fricking brilliant. Can't wait for Kang in his actual "Conqueroring phase" in Ant Man and The Wasp Quantamania

No Spoilers

After watching Episode 6, I now understand why we haven’t seen a Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer. Next week should be fun.
