Rocky 3 was the worst by far

If you consider it a "trilogy", then sure. I think it might be the most underrated in the series.

Most people would add TMNT 3: Back in time as a curse. I actually liked it even with the drop off

The Karate Kid III is definitely a third movie curse. The main villain is great, but everything else in the movie is a complete rehash of the original and the story is awful. While Part II was nothing special, at least they tried to take the series in a different direction.

I have tried to completely forget that movie even happened. Part III is one of the very few sequels that I have never heard anyone try to defend.

Iron Man 3 would belong except that Iron Man 2 wasn't good either.

For as good as the Marvel movies are and as iconic as RDJ's Tony Stark character is, his movies have been the low marks of the entire universe outside of the first Iron Man.

Since this has delved into a conversation about movies with 3 or more and focusing on the quality of the 3rd, I'll add mine.

Halloween 3 is the worst of anything that's been brought up. It had nothing to do with Michael Myers at all and it really could have ruined that franchise. Thankfully 4 kicked arse and brought it all back to life.

The theme song from H3's "villain", Silver Shamrock

Season of the Witch is a very good film.

Wasn't supposed to.

Michael was dead.

Oh, for sure. I wasn't defending Iron Man 2. That movie just felt so rushed. When they got to the so-called "climax" of the movie I was just like.... "already?"

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade is arguably the most complete movie of the three and is my most rewatchable of the three. And that takes nothing away from Raiders.

BTTF part 3 is a good movie and has more in common with the original than part 2. Don't know why it's on your list.

Die Hard With a vengence is a solid movie and probably the funniest of the series.

This movie doesn't get enough credit for how bad it is. Honestly one of the worst movies I've ever seen

I don't count this movie on any worst of lists. This is Sam Raimi giving the finger to Sony. Sam just finished Spider-Man 2, which is a fantastic movie and at the time was the biggest box office movie of all time. Then for 3 Sony decided to tell Sam they knew better how to make that movie than he did. So he gave them the shitty movie they asked for.

I don't think it ruined it, it's just not up to par with the original or Empire.

You just said this about ROTJ:
