I’ve rewatched so many and there’s no way in hell this show would make in this generation. It’s pure comedy gold. In the PC times we are living, it’s so nice to go back and enjoy these.

The only thing worse than comedy in 2019 are the people who won't shut up about how bad it is.
They're literally filming a new season of curb as we speak and the last season was still good.

Yeah, except I provided exactly what they were asking for.
Also the show is returning next year for a 10th season. So obviously the show can make it today.
Myth easily dispelled.

Rewatched it all the time a few years ago...
Based off of what you’re saying though the last season is not worth a watch that just came out last year? Haven’t gotten to it yet as I just found out the other day it even existed when I saw it on hbo app.

Rewatching Curb ,,, holy frick I forgot all the cringe scenes. Early on the scene where Larry is pissed he lets the girl on the elevator and she gets seen first in the drs office.

Might be a controversial opinion but Curb Your Enthusiasm and The Wire are the only HBO shows for me that lived up to the critical acclaim that they were given.

I've been rewatching in reverse order. Larry actually is so much worse in the earlier seasons. Sometimes I feel like yelling "Just shut the frick up and go to your doctor's appointment!"
He gets a lot more likable as the show goes on. I think the ambiguity and misunderstandings are a lot funnier than him just running around being an unreasonable dick.
