I watched it. Not bad as you said. Only problem I had was it felt like they were trying to create a “classic Christmas movie” that would become timeless. Like Christmas Story, Chrostmas vacation, Elf, etc.
For some reason that bothered me. Perhaps I was in a snarky mood. I know, Bah Humbug.

Watched it today. The overall movie quality was about one level better than your average Disney Channel Original movie.
I thought Kurt Russell was a very, very good Santa Claus.
When the girl fell out of the sleigh I legit yelled out "Oh shite!" - the action sequences were some of the best I've ever seen in (essentially) a made for TV movie.

Looked like a knockoff of Tim Allen in The Santa Clause but might give it a look since everyone seems to indicate it's at least decent

Not bad at all, if you're looking for another christmas movie to throw in the mix it's worth a watch. Pretty funny moments and overall enjoyable flick.

Bump... watched with the family tonight. It was decent enough. The wife and I got a chuckle when Santa talked about fake news. A little poke at the libs
