How much have you already been spoiled by some of the outcomes on the show? Like, did you already know Ned would be killed, or have you been able to stay "in the dark" about the major stuff that has happened throughout the series?

Oh...and put the closed captioning on so that you can really catch all the dialogue.
And maybe write out a small family tree of characters so that you know who they are referring to...they do alot of 'you remember when so and so a long time ago did such and such'. it's good to have a reference for which names belong to which family
