saw it yesterday. it was a good family movie. We all enjoyed it. I thought Jack Black did a great job.
Ruby Roundhouse was hot. I haven't seen that actress in much before this movie but wow, that's a beautiful woman.

Good movie and good sequel. I like that jumanji can take any form it wants. Disappointed they destroyed the game but it's jumanji im sure if it wants to come back it can

I too thought it would be terrible, but I absolutely loved it. Got roped into seeing it by some friends, and we all laughed throughout the movie. Very pleasantly surprised.

I agree with most of the posts in this thread. It was a very enjoyable movie for myself and the family. We all liked it.
Surprisingly I also enjoyed it more than TLJ.

Just got out and like everyone else it was a suitable sequel to a movie that really didnt need one. Glad they made a pretty good movie though. The theater was packed as well

Definitely a fun movie. The only issue I had with it was the bland bad guy who really had no purpose in the movie. They could have left him out completely with the heroes just facing the random mercenaries, animals, and the environment. It would not have changed the movie at all. I realize he had to steal the crystal to start the curse but they could have found another way for the crystal to go missing. The bad guy just didn’t have enough screen time.

Honestly, roughly bring back the bad guy from the original. Maybe have Nick Jonas' prologue be a bit longer with his father turning into Van Pelt again. He was a worthless villain in this, and he was very memorable in the previous film.

Would have been way funnier and more fitting if a monkey stole the crystal, lol.
I didn’t really dissect this movie. My kid liked it, I liked it, it entertained. With that said, you are 100% correct. The bad guy was not necessary and really served little purpose other than a plot device.

This movie was really good.A lot of really funny parts. Funny seeing Johnson play the geeky part. Kevin Hart is always funny. Jack Black as the hot chick turned fat guy was funny.

The Jonas brother-Blonde girl relationship was kind of weird since the audience knew he was a 35 year old man and she was 16
And then I guess they tried to make that less weird by making him name his daughter after her, but that just made it much more weird
