most of the time the "diversity" is lazy writing. Like, instead of giving a guy a personality, make him gay. A good example is Wiccan in Agatha. Canonically gay, but that was his only character trait, stereotypical sassy gay.

i guess i’m a bigot because i couldn’t get past 15 minutes of the first episode. Something is off about the editing and the acting…..it’s just bad

2 episodes in and the show isn't terrible. It's certainly not She Hulk levels of cringe. There are moments of a good show, but then we have the DEI team scenes and everything goes to shite. Her dead best friend being her AI gives kind of Al in Quantum Leap vibes and it's a decent little way to inject humor. Riri is not as bad as I thought she would be as a character. She's arrogant as all hell, but I hope the arc of the story involves her being humbled and we see some growth. The premise is a little dumb, but isn't that every comic book movie?

Latino Dr Strange is performed competently by Anthony Ramos, and I like his cousin as well.

The non binary terror twins are just off putting. That's some serious uncanny valley shite.

Trans hacker...I honestly don't mind. It's honestly who I would expect to be a dark web hacker extradordinaire from Madripoor. It fits.

The demolition expert (Clown?), she's just there and has no impact on the story.

Riri's love interest seems okay.

Mom is trying to hard to be Afeeni Shakur with her obeah shite.

Soundtrack is pretty good.

All in all, it's not as terrible as it should be, but it's not something that is made for me. I will not be a weekly viewer, but that was unlikely at the start.
