In terms of the impact the score had on the film, I would go with Jaws. That movie is 45 years old and still widely recognizable. For most of the movie the music was the shark.
Star Wars is obviously iconic, but I don’t think the quality of the music is quite as central to the movie as Jaws. It’s close, though.

I’ve always thought Clint Mansell’s score for Requiem fo a Dream was absolutely perfect
