Usual Suspects and The Sixth Sense would be my top two choices. Two ending that I didn't see coming and were powerful at the same time.

Can’t say I know much about cinematography, but that scene just looked a pain to shoot. As the camera is following them, all the actors, battle extras, horses, carts, all the guys impaled on spikes, the blood soaked puddles, bodies being carried just seem to flow along.

The Dark Knight Rises

Alfred looking over to see Bruce after thinking him dead, and he’s now smashing a super flexible Anne Hathaway? Doesn’t get any better

Lot of good ones listed, but it’s the Last of the Mohicans and it’s not really close.

Have you ever seen “Z” by Costa-Garvas? Watch the ending. Hope it’s not where we’re headed.

I hated that ending. I was like, "WTF is this shite" - the truth is revealed right after he shot them, what a coincidence

I like the ending to The Bad News Bears, Rocky II, The Karate Kid

Not really a scene but Stand by Me probably wins for final lines.
