Yes, he’s made some stuff that’s good. I really liked east bound and down. But to compare him to Farley and Sandler is just retarded. My only point was he’s the same dude in every role. It was your **** friend who chimed in with the “he’s better than Farley and Sandler” chimp behavior. And honestly I think it makes sense. McBride fans are simply reflections of McBride, dumb as shite white trash. McBride is their champion. Their white knight to look at and say, “see, I can be a moronic a-hole too. It’s funny to be a prick.”

I'm not going to personally attack fans of McBride. Hell, I'm a fan of Mcbride. But I guess to help your argument in a little more civil matter, a good example might be Sandler - Billy Madison and Sandler - Big Daddy are two different characters. Not incredibly different, but "Big Daddy" Sandler was a least more "mature".
Jessee Gemstone and Kenny Powers are basically the exact same person...just in different wigs (even though I find both funny)

He may not have the greatest range as an actor, fine. But he has done great with everything he has done. Especially the TV side. Him and HBO together don't miss.

Punch Drunk Love? Tommy boy? Here’s the difference. He’s done it. Several times. Chris Farley has done it. And McBride is a one trick pony. Never taking on any role that’s outside of the persona he’s crafted and bilked for years. If it weren’t for a cadre of WT bros propping up the need for his schtick it would have died out much sooner. He’s the Buttfrickers of comedy, playing to his base of Idiocracts. Farley was like our generations’ John Candy, cut down too early. McBride was also responsible for a horrid trilogy of Halloween films. “Evil dies tonight” right? Yikes, that’s some writing!
