I get that we look at this a bit differently than the characters as we know a war will happen whereas they’re still hoping to avoid it, but the posturing at this point by Team Raynera is getting pathetic. They’ve got Otto on a damn bridge and just let him walk?

The pace is abysmal so far. Should’ve opened with Rhaneys coming and holding council. Didn’t need a 6 minute girl boss pulls out own child + funeral scene

The weakest part of this whole storyline is why Raynera and Daemon can’t simply tell the Sea Snake and his wife the plan they cooked up to shipoff his son. They wouldn’t love it, but it’s absurd and idiotic not to tell them. Surely they could keep a damn secret if it means their son’s life

No it’s not. But until the scene where they send off her sons you could have made the 20 min into 5. Having read the book I can see clear as day this season is being dragged to reach the goal of 5. It’s not bad just saying the truth. 3 crisp and well paced seasons should’ve been the goal.
