Just watched the last episode. Damn this show is soo good. I wonder if Carrie ever gets back into the agency?

Max is the hero we all deserve.

They sort of make Max out as being into Carrie, but I have to keep reminding myself that he was pretty much in love with Farrah (however you spell it). I'd have been into her too. She's pretty damn bad.

Intrigued by that show.

worth it?

Yes. Some would say it is better than Homeland early seasons. Much more realistic, nostalgic (US during the early 80's), and hotter chicks. Slow though.

* I've only seen the first 2-3 seasons, the final season is about to start, not sure how it held up.

Max gets scooped up by Saul

Saul getting control of the situation

I totally agree with Keane rejecting Wellington's resignation, "frick you bro, I go down, you go down with me"

I literally fast forwarded through ALL of the Franny/Carrie scenes. Cant stand that shite. Carrie is a spy/mom and is a mess, we fricking get it already

interesting look at the behind the scenes of a NSA/FISA court judge interaction

Dumb decisions Carrie made this week:
Take your kid to school already
Calling out her sister, then leaving in a huff with no where to go
Talking to Dante's ex-wife
Going to Dante after Saul told her to get away from him
Boinking Dante when Saul's team captured him

Keane/Russians storyline starting to look pretty promising but I cant believe they didnt give us the new Russian bad guy again to build off the momentum from last week

I agree mostly. I find everything going on interesting, but it's kind of all over the place and I miss the "behind the curtain" look of Saul and Dar and their back and forth.

At least Dana's mom was hot

The look Saul gave Carrie at the end, of pure disgust, is how I'm sure most viewers feel about her storyline

Even the patient recappers are starting to get pretty annoyed. Just think about how good Homeland could have been without the stupidity of a bipolar station chief and her daughter.

Last night's episode was pretty exciting. Still can't decide if I believe that Dante is on the side of the Russians.. any thoughts on this?
Farther back in the thread someone said they thought there are two separate things going on---the Russians attempt to destroy the president, and the intelligence agencies trying to take down the president. Maybe Dante was on the intelligence side of it?
The franny storyline is old and boring. The sister should get custody, move to another state, and disappear from the show!

The show would be much better if they would phase Carrie out and just follow Saul and the NSA/CIA.

There's no way in hell the head of the NSA would let some crazy bitch call the shots when's she off her meds. That was just ridiculous.

The president, Dante/Russians, and Saul storylines are awesome.

What’s even more bizarre to me is that she continues to do her undercover investigation without getting paid a dime for her time to assist the agency that blackballed her.

Or the fact that she goes undercover even though she is probably the most infamous former CIA employee in the country

The meltdown on brody’s Front yard where she got arrested on tv
Brody dying in Iran after she had his kid
The drone strike on civilians in Afghanistan on her watch
Saving the president elect’s life

You’re telling me one of the most important witnesses in United State history doesn’t even have a guard posted up outside of his hospital door?

Also, I find it funny that Saul berated Pres and Wellington for telling the Russians they knew and it put a target on Simone....he turns around and does the same thing with the tweet in this episode. How the frick did they not know Yevgeny would go after Dante after that? Saul is so stupid sometimes

Side note, Carrie shouldn’t be allowed within 100 ft of Frannie going forward

At the end of last night's episode I actually laughed out loud and woke up my daughter.
