I would assume that there will be a lot of Cersei Lannister or Ramsey Boton answers in this thread, which is a given as I hate those two frickers with a passion.
But to me, the one bad guy I hate the most is Gyp Rossetti, Bobby Cannavale's character from Boardwalk Empire. Cannavale may be an overacting ham, but he did a great job in that role.
