And what he's presenting is an absolute Catch-22. He's shaming her for having thoughts that are consistent with severe post-partum depression, specifically thoughts of harming her child. While also shaming her for recognizing it was dangerous, getting prompt treatment, and giving up custody of her child because she knew she was too broken to raise her kid in a healthy manner.
