Just saw this got picked up by Netflix. As a harsh critic of S1, I enjoyed S2. I’m mixed in how it could turn out since they F’d themselves with something like Witcher.
Hoping for the best since we have the flood coming. I’ll rewatch just to give it numbers for a possible revival.

Netflix did the same thing with Scavengers Reign from Max. They bought the first season after Max chose not to renew it, but Netflix also declined to move forward with a new season. I had similar thoughts as you on the first two seasons and I would tune in for a third. But I’m not getting my hopes up.

Yep, S2 was far from perfect but MUCH better than S1.

Season 1 and 2 came out on Netflix today if anybody is interested.
I'll repeat that the problem with the first season is that They really only had 3 good action scenes in 8 episodes. Meaning you saw MC in action 3 times in 2 months real time. The rest was space politics.
S2 had more action more often but the plot moved along and the last episode was a banger.
that being said, i think being able to binge it will make S1 better despite it's many flaws.
Also, i don't know if it's netflix or a p+ thing but the video is much better on this than it was on P+

I think people that enjoyed the game should at least watch season 2 even if they skip season 1. it actually made me go back and play reach which I had never played.

I thought it was pretty entertaining but nothing spectacular.. id watch a third season if someone picked it up

Just start at the beginning of the main story then branch out.
Fall of Reach
Flood
FIrst Strike
Follow that with Ghosts of Onyx since it closely follows up.
Then go back and read Contact Harvest to see where it all started for the Humans.
After that you can decide if you want to stay in the current time zone or go WAY the frick back in time and learn about the aliens that started it all.

Seemed like it was expensive. Changing the prophet to be a human was odd.

I really enjoyed last season. No telling where they'll show up. Thanks for the heads-up. 
I never played the game, but thought it was a really good "Adventure In Space" series.
