Kurt Russell is great.

The conflict between the team is great.

The soundtrack, including “Bring it on home to Me” and “Father and Son” is superb.

Pratt is at his movie star best.

Prove me wrong.

It’s great, Yondu owns it and steals it

Rocket and Drax are hilarious. I enjoyed the shite out of this movie and I'm not even a fan of the MCU. It's a seamless blend of comedy and great visuals/action.

It's definitely underrated but I liked the soundtrack of the first one better. The soundtrack of the 2nd seemed at times to just throw random songs in that really didn't bring out the emotions or fit the scenes like they did in the first movie.

i legit tear up when that song starts and the sendoff by the ravagers begins.

the songs reminds me of my dad, who is not int he greatest of health, and the lyrics resonate to me in regards to our relationship. makes me emotional.

Ego was a terrible villain in the 2nd half of the movie.

Kurt Russell is a national treasure and you have Rooker in there as well. I'd watch a movie with the two of them sitting pool side and talking about the weather for two hours.

Which isn't to slight the rest of the GotG 2. The cast and crew were great. Just a really good big budget action movie.

I think the (massive)universe building a distracted the audience from an expectation of more of the same from GotG 1.

Yondu going from antagonist to beloved was a surprise.

The tone of the ending was quite the opposite of Vol. 1.
