Was coming to post this when I saw the thread title.

Tony Jay as Judge Claude Frollo
Yup.
Along with Serkis as Gollum, Hamill as The Joker, and Vader.

Frank Oz as Yoda was pretty iconic.

Richard Dreyfuss - Stand By Me narration
Jean Shepherd - A Christmas Story narration
Morgan Freeman - The Shawshank Redemption narration
Three that I loved, personally. Still...James Earl Jones' DV is the most iconic.
ETA...not "film"...but I always liked Daniel Stern's Wonder Years narration on TV.

Aladdin definitely as RW was able to do so much with that character.
But Vader is so iconic that I am not sure no voice will ever match.

The top names/characters have been listed but one that I have to throw out there:

George Sanders as Shere Khan.

I thought Tony Jay was Shere Khan.
ETA: I stand corrected. He was only Shere Khan in TaleSpin.

I agree with Vader and genie..
But, side note, I still can't hear Bradley Cooper as rocket racoon... everyone says it's him. ... imdb won't lie... but I just can't hear him.

That reminds me of Vin Diesel. He's done Groot and Iron Giant really well.
Also, John Rhys-Davies as Treebeard in LotR.

If y'all haven't seen the making of that movie, I'd advise doing so. He put a lot into that role
Sounds like he wasted a lot of time. Nothing memorable at all about it.
Mel Blanc as every Looney Tunes character is the winner.
Tom Hanks as Woody.
Ellen as Dory, even though she's an idiot.
Billy Crystal as Mike Wazowski.
Steve Carrel as Gru.
James Earl Jones as Vader and Mufasa.
Everyone from Inside Out. They all fit their emotion perfectly.
Mike Meyers, Eddie Murphey, Antonio whatever in Shrek.
Ed Asner as Mr. Fredrickson in Up.

Wouldn't that be James Earl Jones for Darth Vader? If not for him we would have a scottish sounding Vader.

Honorable Mention: Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime.
COMPLETELY different in the live action movies than he is in the cartoon. You never saw Prime as angry and vengeful in the comics as you did in the films.
