I remember being so pumped for this and then walking out of the theater, I was so disappointed.

Yep, Prometheus will always top this list for me. I was so excited for that movie and left the theatre feeling like meh.. It was a huge opportunity wasted...Didn't hate the movie, just felt it could have been so much better.

Heart of the Sea. I hyped that movie up tremendously and told all friends it was going to be badass. It was not badass

I enjoyed Elysium, along with District 9.

I remember seeing the trailer for Jerry Maguire and thought it looked like an interesting sports comedy.

In reality it was one of the worst, sappiest chick flicks ever made.

I remember the posters for that movie, with the kid and his shadow being Vader, and that alone had me super excited. Excited enough to stand in line for hours, for one of the worst films I have ever seen.

The Fountain's teaser is amazing. I wouldn't necessarily say it's a terrible movie because honestly I can't tell if I hate it or love it still to this day.

Watchmen-agreed. The Muse song with it made it incredible.

although I didn't think Prometheus was terrible, but it definitely didn't live up the hype that I created in my head after the trailer
