what was offputting to me is that bran chose, of all the things he's seen and knows, to tell sansa he saw her on her wedding night/rape by ramsey
I think that was intentional both as proof that he knows everything and as an illustration that he is no longer Bran and is the 3 Eyed Raven. Sansa's brother would have been angered by what Ramsay did to her, the 3ER reports it like a news story.

What a fricking thread.
Read every post.
Does anyone know this question I have...during the first episode, when Ned and Cat are in bed, a message is delivered, Cat reads it and immediately throws it in the fire.
Anyone know what that message really said?

I'd pay for a daily news recap podcast from the Three Eyed Raven.

I assume she is leaving (1) because she can't dodge Jon Snow forever, (2) she is going to Volantis, which is the closest free city to Valyria to discover something important, and (3) because the relative hotness of female characters isn't particularly tied to how important they are to the plot.
She is pregnant in real life, will be back next season.

you post a paparazzi photo of her walking in her "normal" cloths, outside in the heat with no make up on; to a photo shoot in foundations, that is airbrushed.

It was a letter from Lysa accusing the Lannisters of killing John Arryn.

I don't remember the actual text, but it was a coded message from Lysa claiming the Lannisters poisoned Jon Arryn.

I don't think Drogon dies until the last couple of episodes in Season 8

We don't have the actual text, but Lysa wrote to Cat in a secret language they made up as children and shared with LF. Lysa says that the Lannisters murdered her husband Jon Arryn in it.
In reality (while Lysa did write it), this was all LF's doings. No one thought except Robert that Ned would accept the appointment of being Hand of the King. Wanting to start the War of the Five Kings, LF makes Lysa write a letter to her sister lying about it. He needed Ned in the capitol itself so he could kill him and get a high enough position to marry Lysa and take over the Vale.

The Iron bank is going to bank her if she gets the gold to they. Foreshadowing in the episode 4 trailer say that the gold never makes it to Kings Landing!

The Melisandre mention reminded of something I saw recently.
Melisandre at a Baby Shower
and
Jon Snow at a Dinner Party

Why would the gold go back to KL?
The tyrells gold was used to pay off the crowns debt

The banker is in King's Landing, the Bank is in Bravos, and King's Landing is a sea port.
