Dany is about the only woman on the planet who can top a wildling! A redheaded wildling at that!! Dany and Jon are gonna meet up and they are gonna conflict because Dany is gonna be all "bend the knee" and Jon is gonna be all "nah baby." That is gonna make Dany want him even more. Think about it. Who can match a women reborn from fire? The mother of Dragons? I don't think Jon and Dany will get married this season and it may never happen but Jon and Dany will fall for one another.

Possibly. Given the time devoted to Danny, I think she has some role in that prophecy

I couldn't think of another good pun in short order, but yes - he let his best vessel for redemption run aground by abandoning his sister. Honestly he can't redeem himself at this point. He could do something good but abandoning her at that point essentially killed any chance he has to redeem himself. You can't abandon your own blood - especially after she attempted to rescue him. He should crawl in a hole and die.

I think being wrong about Stannis and therefore needlessly burning a girl alive has shaken her confidence in herself and she's afraid to interpret the prophecy. It's not that she doesn't think Dany is the promised one it's that she really doesn't know and won't venture a guess anymore.

Again if Greyscale is that dangerous, why are you just in the room with Jorah who just tried to grab Sam a little bit ago?

I mean, why does any doctor ever treat a patient with a contagious disease? It's in the nature of the profession and you take the precautions you can. Sam was wearing an apron and gloves, which is probably the extent of surgical protection they have.

Plus, there's that damn story progression you have to worry about. Sam and Jorah's story would be pretty lame if Sam just said, nah, it's too risky. Sorry dude.

The paradox of how Mel can raise people from the dead and yet not know her arse from a hole in the ground about Stannis not being the chosen one is a mystery.

I think she very much believes that Jon is tPtwp.

She might think Jon is AA and Dany is Nissa nissa

The silliest thing they could have had him do is save the day.

I think Mel is sold on Jon being AA (as most of us do) but using the Targ title tPtwP to Danny might be more than just lip service- Mel's previous mistakes may have finally opened her up to the idea that the 2 are not mutually exclusive (previous crackpot which many agreed with):

Jon is Azor Ahai
Dany is tPtwP

...each with a role to play in The Long Night II: The Nightmare Continues.

It could be argued that Stannis was her vessel to find Jon, she just misread the flames...the Lord of Light had to rub her nose in it by resurrecting him to make her finally understand.

Maybe...

Now that would put a twist on her phrase "you have a part to play".

Can we talk about the dumb arse super-duper kind of bigger than normal drogon-killer 3000 crossbow?

They went from wildfire and Cleganenstein to um... a larger bow and arrow?!

I demand something cooler to take down a dragon not something that is made of wood (which happens to be a fire's bestest friend)

I dunno what I would invent or come up with... but I'm not a mad scientist.

It's not the bolt the dragon sees that gets them, they can burn those. It's the bolt they don't see that hits them. Granted a dragon will come down with that weapon but I don't see it killing a dragon.

Jon visits Gendry as he re-forges ICE.
Jon: "wow! Is it finished?"
Gendry (looking sheepishly at Danny): "Er...almost"

In Latin, there are gender neutral endings but they would have either a singular or plural ending, so I doubt this is true.
