I honestly think this was the single worst episode of the series, and it was Episode 9. How the frick did they pull that off?

Seriously, what balls they had to say that this one-upped Blackwater. It's clear that the only spent their budget on giants and mammoths, and that's it. There was no substance to this episode. Really, they could have had Stannis come in and had Tyrion kill Tywin in this episode if they were smart. Honestly, I think this is the most disappointing episode of the series, and I can't fathom what D&D were thinking. Just a terrible episode as a whole.

I haven't even watched yet, but please go frick urself

In the mean time, it would be nice if you lick my a-hole and then say "thank you daddy, can I have some more."

Same here. I was bummed about Stannis not showing up at the end....next week will be crazy but I WILL be pissed if we have a 12 minute Dany scene and like a 5 minute Wall scene and no Stoneheart.

I didn't mind this episode, but I seriously don't know how they will make Jon Snow the Lord Commander, unless the show has Stannis influence the voting.

Eric will be back.

The show is nothing without him.

To a Hodor, this was an entertaining episode. My brother, (huge Hodor) was complaining how there wasn't any good battles this season and mostly dialogue... Well, this episode filled that void. To a bookfag, this episode was probably pretty meh. Anyway, that's my take.

Seriously, no "STANNIS!!! STANNIS!!!!" Can any reader not say that this episode is an incredible disappointment? Nothing in this episode is good. Even Ygrete's death is completely glossed over. I still have no clue what happened to the Thenn's leader.

IMO Stoneheart is a lock next episode. It's too good of a cliffhanger to pass up.

thats next week. reread the fricking book. Alister sends Jon to treat with Mance (and kill him) AFTER the battle. Stannis shows up while Jon and Mance are talking and he has no clue whats going on.

Ummm he took a hammer on the dome from Jon Snow. Thought that was laid out pretty explicitly.

OK, forgot that, but there was nothing between them. The only thing I remember is them taking Tormund hostage honestly.

Wow-zers! That was a really good episode.
They maintained the high bar that has been set for season 9. Well done.

We should get that next episode, not sure why you are all pissy about it.

Jon didn't have the same relationship with the Magner of Thenn on the show. They showed up after hee escaped Tormund and the other wildings
