You have to read between the lines in that little exchange with Brienne. Specifically the comments about "The man you hunt is dead" and his reply to Brienne when she asks if he is dead and the priest says "he is at rest".

Yeah the Ice and Fire Wiki also has a good bit on reader suspicions over whether he's dead or not.

I'm thinking at the very least we get to see her kill someone else before this season is over with just by the contextual clues they've been making all season.

Doesn't she kill a few people during the Red Wedding?

They killed off the tickler but i think (hope) that she kills the Hound in similar way. Sandor death will have a bigger impact anyway.

Well, I don't think the Hound is dead, so this would be terrible if they killed him off and just as bad for Arya as a character, when she learns to finally forgive someone who has wronged her.

I can't remember. I was thinking someone more personal/specific.

Yeah, I'm trying to think who she could kill.

Maybe a Frey or two? Perhaps the Freys would realize during the Red Wedding that Arya is with the Hound and seek to capture/kill both of them. I'm expecting Arya to murder some people during the Red Wedding.

Yeah given the suspicions that the Hound is alive even at the end of ADwD, I sincerely doubt they will kill off the Hound.

Yeah, they'll just sideline him for a couple of seasons.

Yeah. I think it would be highly unlikely she kills the Hound.

Is there no one left among those who were strapping rats in a bucket to people's chests back in season 1 (or 2 I forget). Any of the Mountain's people? And I don't suppose she had a run in with Locke since he is kind of Roose's guy. He would be a great one to have her go off on.

Gotta be somebody satisfactory she can go all stick stick on.

The actor that plays Tywin does such a good job.

The scene with Joffery was perfect. Tywin stood over him like a wolf over a rabbit.

"We can arrange to have you carried."

The Hound is dead.

Sandor lives.

So, three episodes left...three weddings

1)Tyrion/Sansa (empathy, for both (and Shae)
2)TPW (Christmas fricking morning!)
3)TRW...season ender:

Arya takes an axe to the face/ cut to black screen...cue solo Oboe (guess what song) with panaramic fade ins/outs of slaughtered Northmen, lotsa blood, a blood-spattered and torn Stark banner barely standing...cut to a wolf-headed corpse with an iron crown, followed by a face-down female foating, just dumped from the twins, trailing blood as the current takes her...roll credits as oboe solo continues...

Thanks for watching, suckers!

The viewer meltdown will be epic.

Don't know if it's been discussed in the thread yet but is anyone else surprised to see Robb's wife (Talisa/Jeyne, whatever the frick her name is) attending the Frey wedding?

It will be interesting to see how her character is concluded.

Does she die?

Does she escape?

Was she part of a Lannister plot all along?

It's got to be one of these 2.

The Red Wedding will certainly come before the Purple, or simultaneously.

Pay attention to the horse in the stable and the large man digging graves.

People theorize this is Sandor, reborn in the faith of the 7. The hound was buried and a brother of the faith was reborn..........Maybe.
