I'm still in the Halloween mood, and needing good horror movie suggestions. Smart horror though, not movies like The Grudge or One Missed Call.

I'm about the watch the 80's version of "The Thing", but i still need some more suggestions

Spellbinder, starring Kelly Preston. GREAT horror flick (with the added bonus of KP topless), but hard to find...

The Exorcist III is fantastic. It has the single greatest 2 seconds in horror movie history. I've never seen an entire theater as affected as they were by those 2 seconds.

Frailty is great, although I don't know if that's a straight horror flick.

I have never scene the Exorcist III, so give me a hint of what goes on in those 2 seconds. Is it a scare, a kill, an exorcism? Help me out.

Invasion of the Body Snatchers - 1974, Donald Sutherland, a bit of sci fi, but great flick

Very few horror movies cause me to lose sleep these days, but Silent Hill was messing with my head for the better part of a week.

This is the sequel to the original "When A Stranger Calls" and is far superior in my opinion. Hard to find, but worth it:

Also give the original Black Christmas a try. It is a very underrated horror flick:

Surprised Kafka hasn't come through with the inevitable obscure reference to a 60's flick.
