I think this movie could be really good. In an age of doing reboots and outdated sequals, this one could stay true to its originals. I feel like the Topgun movie is going to be a bunch of cameos and old jokes etc, we saw how bad crystal skull was. This though seems like its a continuation of the story, using the exact amount of time since GBII. You bring in some good actors, I mean Paul Rudd is one of todays few actors I think could have fit in with the GB's back in the 80s. Either way I am excited and love that Dan isnt just making this a cash grab

Has anyone suggested the idea that Paul Rudd’s character may be Oscar from Ghostbusters 2?

Ghostbusters 2 was in 89, which would make Rudd 30ish. I know he looks amazing for his age, but Im not sure he could play that young.
