I know he cares deeply about her, but that isn't the same thing as falling in love or wanting to actually be with her. At least not IMO.

She was obviously a terrible lay considering he changed his mind yet again.

Dont think he changed his mind. Seems like Jaime is going to kill Cersei which has also been foreshadowed for awhile

However it does seem Arya is going to do it anyway.

But whose face will she wear while doing it? There are only 2 faces left she could use to get close enough to Cersei to kill her. Which means Arya would have to kill that person first.

Why would that be the end of his story? He said he would be back at the end of the war to receive payment

I don't know. We have 2 episodes left and he doesn't seem to want to fight this next battle. They asked him to.

Maybe he shows up in the post climax to collect and call somebody a count.

I mean if I was him I wouldnt fight in the war either. He got told he could go kill 2 people and end up in one of the biggest castles in westeros and then turned that into getting High Garden from the other side. Bronn doesnt really care who ends up on the Iron Throne he just wants to make out the best he can.

Bronn told Jaime that Jaime couldn’t take him on his best day. I assume that means peak Jaime fighting ability, I know it’d be a great fight, but do we really believe that Bronn would beat Jaime in a 1v1 back when Jaime had two hands?

Yeah but each one of those area's could still muster 2-5,000 troops.

Dorne alone is anywhere between 20,000 and 40,000 troops. And they mentioned last night that the new Prince was pledging Targaryen.

And yet would-be-queen decides to audible to the equivalent of Oberyn shite talking the Mountain. This while Cersei is going balls deep placing her strongest ally days away on the chance the Dragon Queen is a moron and springs her dragon missile trap.

I feel like D&D put a good deal of effort into their appeal to all demographics and yet their 2 female leads are both stupid and insane.

I assumed it to mean his best day with the one current hand.

Bronn doesn’t fight with honor

Jaime does apparently, as he was pissed when Ned got stabbed in the leg

They needed Bronn to tell Jaime that Cersai hired him to kill him. After everything that Jaime has done for her she now wants him dead. That was his motivation to ride South, to end her.

She could just waltz on into KL because not like the average Joe knows who she is. She could than kill some guard and use him to get close to Cersei. Or at least kill some other higher ranking officer if she needs too. She’d probably get killed in the process but she seems to be expecting that. It would be the easiest option for the “good” guys so it probably won’t happen, at least not until more bloodshed has occurred.

No. Jamie on his best day when Bronn has a crossbow pointed at his chest already. He wasn't talking about a sword fight.

Good point. I hope you are right.
The post show extra with D&D making it seem like Jamie is going back because of his addiction to Cersei makes me less convinced.

No way. He said something along the lines of "You couldn't take me on your best day, and your best days are long behind you." He definitely was talking shite about how even at his absolute best, Bronn thinks he could still handle it.

What? That would be messed up and would ruin Jaime's character. Dude is just going to run back to Cersei?

Yep

I don’t think he’ll be the one to do it, but I think that’s his motivation

ETA: or he does run back to Cersei and Brienne rides south to kill him in battle

Yea, there’s zero chance Jamie is running back to KL to protect Cersei.

And Arya and the Hound’s conversation is some foreshadowing. The Hound asked Arya if she’s going to leave him to die this time and she says “probably.” I think people that have suspected that the Hound kills the Mountain but is mortally wounded and Arya puts him out of his misery are probably correct.
