Still doesn’t explain why she didn’t kill Tyrion.
Tyrion has plot armor. Plain and simple. It’s sad that they reused the scene though of Cersei calling off his death like she did last season in the red keep. Lazy writing.

Could have been taunting. She knows she has more enemies than just Dany right now. She fricked over the north. She needs Tyrion to keep the dog on the chain a bit longer
ETA: or she wants Dany to kill him for trying to stop her/switching sides
