How did Arya magically bypass the other White Walkers & the Wights? I mean what the frick? And ARYA kills the Night King? Are you fricking kidding me? This episode, and season I now know, is complete dogshit. OMG talk about a fricking letdown. This entire episode was incoherent, sloppy...season 7 and they took their foot off the shark, and with this bullshite they totally just leaped off the fricking thing. Holy frick, what a disappointing piece of shite.

Not gonna lie...it wasn’t great. It was good, yes. I enjoyed it. But I expected more. I thought we’d get more of a supernatural twist—like the dead Starks end up protecting Winterfell—or something...Not just Arya Ex Machina. Cool moment, but after so much hype I thought it deserved bigger. And I’m a little tired of the “kill the leader, kill them all” trope.
Good episode, but not the best. And not even the best battle.
ETA: I’ll definitely watch it again, and see if I appreciate it more.

Sure some will think it was weak but she has been training since season 1. I hate SJW crap as much as the next guy but she was trained to kill.
The way it was shot, it is a bit weak that almost all the main characters survived. I get that they wanted to push a total hopeless atmosphere but they went a bit too far. Especially with Sam surviving. His slow arse wouldn't have lasted through the first breach.
I don't drink anymore so someone else needs to pour one out for Lady Mormont.
The special effects of that scene were terrible but she went out like you would expect her to go out.
