Me neither.

In response to the original post that I brought this up in, I still don't think they would make her being immune to fire in the show some central focal point like using her to give infinite powers to the red woman (I can't spell her name for shite) because it is a deviation from the books.

In the very first episode she gets in the bath that the girl said was too hot and she wasn't hurt at all. It's pretty safe to assume she's immune to fire. Now if they make Jon immune to fire it won't make sense since he burned his hand throwing the lantern on the wight. The one thing I want to happen this season is Dany marches on kings landing and Cersei blows up kings landing and takes out a huge portion of dany's army.

im curious to see how Jaime continues to react to Cersei for the remainder of S7. I could tell he was FAR from happy about what she did and how she's acting. IMO I think he's starting to reach that moment of clarity that he had at the end of Feast when he burns her letter as a huge F U to her.

The Hound has been my favorite character for a while. He is fantastic in every scene.

Hated the Ed Sheeran cameo. That was extremely distracting, and took away from the show. Outside of that it was a solid opener.

The hound was great this episode. When they told him to look at the fire and he said something along the lines of "frick of course I get caught up with you"

Hound scenes were great.

He was. I'm scared he's about to get killed off, though. Dude has been through all serious arc.

And they've given him much more room for it than they have anyone other than the 3 Starks.

He's dead soon.

That Sam montage of gagging at cleaning up the shite seemed really out of place with the show.
The style in which it was filmed was completely different than anything we've seen in the show. So much so that it was distracting.

I enjoyed it, though. It had a purpose.

obviously she will do the same to these poor unlucky guys... or, will she? She looks a bit uncertain about it at the end.

i took it as she is just chilling for the night and then shes bouncing and they will never see her again. but i could be wrong

I'm pretty sure the scene was about Arya being reminded what's really important..

quote:

They all spoke of just wanting to go back to their homes and families.

Idk if she immediately changes her destination or continues south before reconsidering, but it was the start to her reframing her priorities.

Actually, it seemed like something you would see in Better Call Saul.

Arya's priorities have always been focused. That scene was more for the viewer than her. 1) to show you that she has no more fear. 2) to show that regardless of house or origin, this "game" doesn't involve the common people outside of ruining their lives.

So does not knowing who Ed Sheeran is make you cool? Everyone is rushing here to say they don't know who he is lol

Well it looks like Sansa WILL be a royal bitch lol

I has a feeling that this would happen after the "battle of bastards" episode. Sansa criticizing Jon's battle plan while not having suggestions in return and hiding the knights of the vale. That was the beginning where I gave up on this ginger.

After the battle was won, she supported Jon as King of the North. She was moving towards my good side. But that shite that she pulled questioning Jon's decision in front of the leadership of the whole north, the vale, the wildlings, davos....that's uncalled for. There's a time for politics and this ain't it. The nights kings and the white walkers are coming and Sansa is concerned with who's sitting in Karhold and the last Hearth?

Do you support Jon or not? Do you want Winterfell or not? Are you a great gamer or not? The answers to all that are irrelevant right now to the big picture storyline. Im not sure if it's bad writing of bad character development, but it's getting to the point that Sansa is unwatchable.

Eh, I totally get her wanting to strip at least the Umbers of their lands and titles. It was Smalljon Umber who turned Rickon over to Ramsey; it'd be very hard for me not to want to kill any and all Umbers.

Also - My late 2 cents on the Arya campfire scene...

I thought it was an excellent glimpse into how her "faceless gears" work... How she's approaching the situation as far as the way she presents herself, sizing up the threats, deciding where to sit, etc. Then she self-checks when confronted by the soldiers acting "against profile" towards her.

A girl is human.

For at least a little while longer, it seems.

She most certainly did not. The whole building was a raging conflagration and her clothes burned off. She then walked out of a raging inferno and stood in the doorway. The writers didn't say fire was a one time deal. I think Martin said that but the HBO folks went another way.

Euron won't be gunning for Tyrion, IMO. He's too protected. If he could get to Tyrion, he could get to Dany. His gift won't be one of the Greyjoys. That serves him more than Cersei. I doubt he is going North because it is far and cold and Winterfell is inland anyway.

By process of elimination, he has to be going South. My bet is on Olenna or one of th Dorne womenz.

I didn't know the guy was famous or who he was but I could tell it was a musical cameo with the framing and the line "it's a new song"

Definitely shatters suspension of disbelief momentarily but didn't ruin anything. It was definitely a low point for the show

I really enjoyed the cameo and I love love love ed sheeran

I hope we see more cameo opportunities this season, it'd be badass to have john cena as a knight
