Arya spun away before the neck shot. I thought it was a pretty violent attack. Certainly one that would end in death.
It wasn't a neck shot. I rewatched it a second ago. She sliced at her stomach. If you pause it you can see the slice in her jacket with blood starting to come out before she gets straight stabbed.

I have a hard time believing they're going to wrap this show up in 14 episodes after this season.

Better put some respek on Aegon Targaryen's name

The only respect Aegon Blackfyre is due, is the respect of being a light snack for Drogon under the order of the true Targaryen lineage.

Ok. So Ramsay Bolton along with the Umbers and Karstarks has approximately 5000 men according to Sansa. Jon as of right now with the wildings and 2 other small houses has approximately 3000 men and a Wun Wun. 20K knights of the Vale seems like overkill. What if Jon just added the Manderlays and the Reeds? That would put him close to 5000 would it not? I'm not a book reader so set me straight if I'm wrong.

He needs something like 15,000 or more to take Winterfell. Winterfell is massive and extremely defensible.

His only hope with a smaller force is Ramsay going full retard and choosing to fight him in the field.

Ramsay is brash and cocksure. Wouldn't shock me if he could be shamed into doing that. Or Jon has friends on the inside "The North Remembers".

I don't think that number includes the Umbers, and may not include the Karstarks.

3 smaller houses (Mormonts, Hornwood, and some other house I never heard of). But I'd put their numbers at around 2,300+ and a Wun-Wun and direwolf.

He told Glover that he sent a raven to the Manderlys, but it doesn't sound like Jon & Davos are planning on waiting on a response. And I can't figure why that haven't even tried with the Reeds except D&D didn't want to fool with them. I think that is why Sansa looked a little disgusted with Jon, because she knows they don't have enough men without the Vale. Hell, it appears that Jon isn't even waiting on Brienne to return with news from Riverrun.

Weird that there is no mention on Jon and Sansa. Bastard bowl must be an E10 thing at this rate.

Nah. I think it's determined in the last episode but will be the cliffhanger for E1 next year.

You mean exactly the thing he tried to get Roose to do against Stannis?

You mean the thing the Umbers just convinced him to do?

You mean the violent aggressive irrational thing that is perfectly inline with his fatal character flaw?

may happen
