Assuming the Freys get massacred, who does it? The brotherhood or LF? I could see LF use the murder of the Freys to give Sansa proof that he is on her side.
Also, he did sort of use their family name in the last episode

The Brotherhood hasn't been heard from since Season 3. LF has the means, motive, and opportunity to kill them. Plus he'll justify it to himself being vengeance for Cat, despite the fact that he himself is the main cause of her death.
Also there was this quote from LF earlier this season: "It's time for us to join.... the Frey."

What if he meant actually join them?
There still a scene from the season trailer and LF is in the snow, so he's having a meeting with someone. Probably Sansa again.

No way in hell would he join them.
I'm also calling it now: LF kills Brienne in the final episode this season with his Valyrian Steel daggar. I just really think this is going to be his season to shine.

I want to see Thoros of Myr & Beric confront Brienne in the Riverlands. Thoros is by far one of my favorite minor characters in the series and they did a perfect job casting him in the show, IMO. Please God!

Yeah, I'd say next to Varys, Thoros may be the most well cast character from translation of the book so far.

You're right. Both of them looked almost exactly how I pictured them....
Of course I watched season 1 then read all the books so...

about Drogo, but I haven't looked at any of the leaks. Unless it was officially released by HBO, please keep it out of the thread
I think he is talking about the trailer HBO released right before the season started to fire everyone up.

I really hope to see them again especially Thoros.
Even Robert refers to him in E2 of the first season

I don't think LF would be the one to kill the Frey's. I think it benefit LF's relationship with Sansa more if he killed Ramsey. LF killing the Frey's would put him in a predicament with the Kings Landing crowd. I think the Kings Landing ppl care less about the Bolton's and the north. No? I prefer sansa/brienne/jon/wildlings to kill the Frey's.

Who else is going to kill the Freys? I think they go down this season, as do most. Brienne is not enough to do it.
I think he's going to do both (or at least his army, Jon will kill Ramsay himself). Plus I think he'll have the Blackfish in tow with him. He lures Sansa and Brienne away from Jon, Sansa will abide him due to wiping out all his families enemies save the Lannisters, and has Sansa go off to meet with the Blackfish for a while. LF I think will have Brienne sit down, thank Brienne for her services in saving Sansa, ask about her sword, and say that he too is no stranger to Valyrian Steel, and slits her throat from behind. He then has Sansa in his paws and orders his men to kill the Wildlings who have invaded the North, Jon among them. A few, including Jon, escape.

LF has entered his endgame. I think he's done with King's Landing. He knows the Lannisters are screwed and has his eyes set on the North.

You're quickly becoming my least favorite poster, person and entity in this universe. You suck more than gravity.
It's like your mother was a blanket and your father was just wet.
Just enjoy the speculation, is most of the fun.

I'm not going to the bank with it, but frick off. This was what the Crackpot thread was all about, and we had a great time. Coming up with zany theories or reporting on what others came up with. Even met for drinks once, and it was great. It's in good fun.
If I'm wrong, so what? I don't believe for a second that the High Sparrow is the Drunken Septon, but it's fun to speculate on. It's just fun to come up with these zany theories. I don't think that any of the theorists who theorized that Hodor meant "Hold the Door" actually thought that was the case, but when this turned out to be correct it was cool as shite for them. I'd honestly put my "LF killing Brienne" theory at around 15% confidence, in that it is likely wrong, but its definitely a possibility.
This is really the first time in well over 2 years we can actually speculate on what will happen rather than expecting it. I'm enjoying coming up with zany theories, and if you have a problem with it, then go frick yourself.

I can get behind LF killing the freys and boltons to win sansa's trust back. Def cannot see him killing brienne. However, she could die during the frey attack and I would be ok with it. I don't want Podrick to die though. It would be nice if Sansa and Podrick liked each other. Season 1, she wanted nothing to do with anyone but the king's son. Season 6, she falls in love with a squire.

In the books, I see her going down to someone that Cersei hires, but in the show I would like to see her go down in service to one of Cat's daughters. LF is their ultimate predator, so I think that would be a worthy dead for her.
And the Freys are just too low on the totem pole for her to go down to them for me. So long as Brienne goes down defending Sansa or Arya, I'll be happy.

I've never considered this.
Although that last name.... not sure if Sansa would be all that cool with it.
