Actually, I already did, a while back. You'd been banned and then, one day, a peculiar poster with a cat avatar showed up on the OT, trolling people in the exact same style you do. I said "Lucas, is that you?" I'm not looking it up.

Anyway, back on track. Let's make a list of GoT characters who aren't really dead because their "death" happened offscreen.

Blackfish

Does Grenn count? He was "dead" on screen, but we never got to see him actually die. He could have been faking it just to get out of the NW.

I am thinking the Blackfish may have survived. Jaime screwed up by not asking for a head or other proof of death. As far as Stannis, I believe that Brienne definitely kilt him, and she stated so previously.

Why would anyone in the Lannister army be motivated to lie about Blackfish's death? They woudn't have sent just Tully soldiers down.

Yes, he is the biggest exemplar of this - largely unresolved, but I'm fairly confident he is dead and died stalling Trant and company from getting Arya.

The Hound and Benjen turned out to be alive (at least in the show), but their deaths were only lightly implied - hell, Benjen was just an MIA "under circumstances that would cause the presumption of death" and Sandor was merely left for dead.

Of course there are tons of dead characters on the show that aren't even alleged or reported dead in the books, Selmy, Dorian, Myrcella, Hotah, Mance, Roose, and the entire Stannis family, among others.

About the only characters that are alive in the show past the time they died in the books are Kevan and Dondarrion (ETA: and the timing on both of these are arguable, should they go in the next couple of episodes).
