Let me guess how that episode would go:
Previously on GOT, Ice gets melted down into Oathbreaker ands Widow's Wail, Jon kills a white walker using Valyrian Steel, Ramsey is now using Oathbreaker.

They won't be able to keep Jon's resurrection a secret for long. I think they may try and keep it under wraps long enough for GRRM to realize he won't be getting WoW out before the shooting of next season, then it'll leak.

I think an even more unsettling thought would be if Ramsey turned out to be Azor Ahai. And of course Sansa would be Nissa Nissa.

Yes. The group stabbing is more dramatic, and I still suspect that Edd will be in on it. He was one of the NW who stood up in the big hall and protested the wildling plan.

Remember when the episode ended before Ned got his head cut off? We didn't see it happen until the next episode. We'll see Jon get stabbed but he won't "die" until the next episode.
