It's not about whether he has a head or not. It's who's head is it?

Makes no sense

Will they really? It's not like there is anything else on tv during this time of the tv season.

Not sure if serious

Davos goes looking for Rickon like he does in the books, and who knows about Mel. Heck they could just skip the wall storyline all together just like they did Bran's.

Oh so you agree it would be frickin retarded

Again, they could just skip it once Ghost had left.

JUST SKIP EVERYTHING

The Walkers still can't get past the wall. Someone will have to find the Horn of Winter before they move south.

That's a great crackpot theory, and it seems likely.

The Martels - The game shifted in their favor as Trystan & Dany could need each other (bond is strongest with Dorne). Trystan could marry to the queen (Margery) assuming Tommlen gets knocked out the picture and become King.

Littlefinger - The Vail, River Run and possibly the North are his but he needs an army. Maybe he can strike a deal with the Boltons? Could Lord Baelish have Margery as his wife and become King? I believe it would be an interesting twist if they wanted a shrewd man to protect their family. Renly, Joffrey and Tommlen were not real men.

The Boltons - Defended Winterfell with Honor. Ramsey might need a new bride though after Sansa made the jump with Reek.

The Lannister's - In trouble Tommen and Marcella gonna die. Cersi has money but without her family she has no play left except revenge. With so many enemies it's hard to see the Lanisters keeping control. Jamie with a hand would make this more interesting but they have no allies.

The Targarians - Dany has an All-Star team with Dragons, Dorthraki and Unsully
(Season 6 will be about finding her yawn). The Martel's would be her best option but even Oberlyn was cautious of Varys and the people in Kings landing. Her only real suitors appear to be Trystan, Ramsey (just kidding), Jon Snow (storybook ending). She is out of everyone's league.

The Tyrells - Margery has a an ability to survive and adapt plus they have resources. I think if Marcella and Tommlen are out the picture then Trystan is perfect to take the throne. You know the Tyrells rather be in bed with the Martels than Lanisters any longer. Unless the Tyrells want a game shaker that will protect the realm, their family and go for Lord Baelish!!!

They won't be skipping everything in the North. We still have Bran beyond the wall.

Look, anything is possible. I agree that there is no way he is permanently dead. But I don't see Kit flat out lying in an interview like that either.

Kit never said he wasn't ever not coming back, just not coming back next season. So, this is just a way for them to focus on the other storylines they are introducing next year like Oldtown and Euron, plus reviving Bran's storyline to add on the rest of the storyline.

Okay, can we get past the logic of "THEY CAN DO THIS". That's not an argument or logical

They can do whatever the hell they would like to. They could have Jon Snow reemerge out of Sams a-hole and have secret white walker killing farts. Doesn't mean it makes any sense for the story nor would it happen.

I'm pretty sure they are not worried about him lying in a interview. they probably told him to do it. He's not on trial, what he said doesn't have to be true and isnt

Warging into Ghost (in the show) makes no sense. For starters, Ghost wasn't there. The biggest thing, though, is that he was stabbed multiple times. Warging into Ghost would not save his body for him to come back to. Berric, on the other hand, was healed when he was resurrected, and from far more serious injuries. Also, the brothers all walk away, which clears the way for Mel to come in and do the deed.

You'll probably commit suicide if Kit isn't on set for filming next season.

Mel is going revive but who knows what comes alive. Jon has so much enchanted blood in him he could come back as some sort fire breathing yeti for all we know. Mel ain't exactly the best with the magic side of the force.

If they pull gay shite like you just described, id probably lose interest

And I hate the doom and gloomers that post that after every episode, but that's a realistic thing that would happen

Maybe Kit Harrington said he was done as Jon Snow because he will be resurrected as Azor Ahai.

Or Jon Stark
Jon Targaryn
Jon Sand for all we know

Honestly I think his interview is just a bunch of bullshite.

I agree with this but it does make me nervous as I've waited 5 years to learn this cliffhanger and I thought it may have given me the answer tonight to only be kicked in the dick again.

Mel is going to save Jon Snow. It's after that he will begin to understand the nights watch (obviously he got Cesared) is a lost cause. I suspect a vision of dragons along with Dany will move Jon next season. Mel will help push the storyline too IMO.

In the meantime I see Littlefinger on the throne with Margery. The Tyrells need a master of the Game of Thrones on their side if they will prevail.

I think d&d know what GRRM plans for the end of the books but perhaps they tell a different story than what GRRM intends to tell?

So if Dany is back with the Dothraki I assume Mereen was a waste of time?

Sure, but in no way does killing Jon Snow make sense even if you strictly looked to what he has done in the show

Just look at the story of how they got the rights to the show. That's all the proof I need

What, Kit actually said this?

Azor Ahai resurrected would be the incredible and very likely with Mel there.
