They were with the wildlings, but we have seen plenty of them without giants. I can do without giants, but seeing it the first time blew my mind.

I could accept the pussy monster a little easier if there had been a little more explanation about it.

Completely agree. Wish there was some explanation about that. It just seemed so random, for a while I thought she was full of shite, then she births this shadow demon that kills Renly and then goes back to seeming like she's full of shite.

I think the common misconception is, that at the end of season 2 when we saw the thousands of walkers, that they were actively marching towards the wall. I think that's making people impatient.
