From what I'm seeing, I do think they're expecting it. Their posts seem to be more in anticipation of his death. Plus they know that Tyrion will be on trial this season.
One bit from the season preview that irked me. It got the wheels turning for the Hodors, so of course even they in one of their hundreds of guesses could figure out what it was about. Sadly the shock value will be diminished for many of them.

I wonder how much gore they are gonna show for Ob's death.
I hope he is featured quite a bit more in the upcoming episodes prior to the trial in order to flesh out his character a bit more.

It is the death that Cersei deserved to see.
Completely agree.

They recasted Daario and still couldn't get it right. Sux.

They should have consulted a chemist.

Even though I know what his fate is, I have to say I'm #TeamOberyn at this point. The casting was great
I agree. They hit the perfect balance of him being dangerous, passionate and reckless. I can't wait to see the contrast when they introduce Doran. (Though I doubt we'll see any scenes with the two of them together). Doran is the exact opposite - sickly, cautions, playing the long game.

Darioo is such a shite character that I don't blame them

He has to be the worst character in the series. I have no idea what Martin was thinking that made him believe Daario would be a good addition to the story.

Yara sucks too... They've done a fantastic job casting but they missed the mark on Asha Greyjoy.

The first Daario was perfect for the show. Book Daario was ridiculous and wouldn't adapt well to the screen.

Also don't like the fact that they're trying to give Grey Worm emotions. Defeats the whole concept of Unsullied being badasses

Also, I feel like they had to leave Daario in the show so they can have Dany do something for the next 2 years. Sucks b/c Belwas could've been awesome onscreen but got cut out for Daario

Grey Worm has a personality in the books, small but it's there. I like this coming through and developed in the show. And Grey Worm is a badass's badass.
Three out of four Unsullied trained die in the process and the 8,000 that survived overwhelmingly chose Grey Worm as their leader. He's a one out of 32,000+ type solider.

I wish Belwas stayed in the show

It would have been cool to see Selmy introduced like he was in the book. I want to see him tune someone up with a wood stick.

yeah he just kind of shows up looking the same as he did in King's landing.
Excited for the show. Probably will watch it a few hours after it airs.
