1.) I really imagined the wedding (accurately) as a larger affair indoors. In previous seasons (where I was a Hodor), I wondered what I would envision scenes like if I wasn't tainted by the show. This was my first opportunity.
I imagined it indoors too for some reason. Regardless, I think it was done well and I'm glad they showed the tension between Joffrey and Tyrion the whole wedding day.

2.) Hate the Shae/Tyrion thing like everyone else. Now viewers will feel sorry for Shae, with Tyrion treating her like a dog he wanted to run away
Either he will still kill her and viewers will have mixed emotions, or the show really did put her on a boat and will leave her story out.
I rewatched it as well late last night; I'm inclined to think that Shae didn't get on the boat to Pentos. When Cersei tells Tywin "that's Tyrion's whore" at the breakfast, Tywin says "Have her brought to the Tower of the Hand." It's also possible that Tywin could've payed off Bronn to bring her there instead of to the boat. Also made me wonder if Shae won't be in the trial but will show up in E10 in Tywin's bedchambers

I think it is funny how so many people in this thread are trying to out possible book readers in the hodor thread. Seriously, every person in the story is going to be guessed at being involved by some hodor because everyone wants to be the one who guessed right. If you out them then you are just confirming their theory.
This, and Antonio Moss, is refusing to walk away.
This is year four of this. Just let them have their thread. We can read it and talk about it here but stay out of it.

They're animals anyway, so let them lose their souls.

Someone is posting (inaccurately) the rules for Targaryen succession.
So let them be inaccurate. Obviously we know the rules, we read the books. But the rules aren't covered that well on the show and could be different.

They aren't covered at all. I have no problem with the Hodors being wrong but the only way that guy knew anything about Targaryen succession was to get it from a non-show source.
Just wanted to point it out and then got dragged into a discussion on the merits of calling out obvious readers.

And then you have Stonehog in his furvor to out the nasty readers admitting that he has read the reader thread at length

havent read the entire thread, but how great was the Queen of Thorns' comment to Sansa when pulling the stone off her necklace:
" “War is war, but killing a man at a wedding? Horrid. What sort of monster would do such a thing?” "

The non-reader thread has left me jaded. At first I thought, "There's a reader in here being a douche." But then I thought, "Man these non-readers are douches too."
You can't fricking win.

Just watched. Exquisitely done!!
Natalie looked gorgeous as Margery and the Joffrey's death scene was perfectly gruesome.

Something about Bran's vision has been bothering me. I could have sworn that in the books weirwood.net only showed events that happened in the past. If that's the case, where does the throne with snow/ash falling on it fit in? That image seems like foreshadowing to me.

I am pretty sure that Bran can see the past, present and even the future through the weirwoods.

Agree. The entire wedding banquet was extremely well done IMHO and yes the quote by Olenna Tyrell was as fitting as it gets.

Doesn't really clear anything up. This is the only passage that mentions the future.

There is no doubt in my mind that Bran is the most powerful character in the series and has a HUGE role to play in the last 2 books.

It's still a toss up for me with Dany, (Because of the dragons of course)

I'm sure they will change it up.
I was hoping, that we would get something cool and new.
Like..
(flashback)
Dragon flies over King's Landing, cut to numerous dragon Skeletons in a long hall..
Bearded man sitting on the Iron Throne.
A tall white bearded man with a long face from the North is in his court.
--"Your Grace, my daughter has been missing for many months and your son the prince has her. I demand for her safe return to Winterfell. She is pre-arrainged to House Baratheon's heir, Robert.. I also demand that my son Brandon be released as he was onlyt trying to uphold his sister's honor"
King- "A Dragon does not listen to the wolf, nor abide by the laws of men. Your northern Nobles have been burned for their defiance"
A chained up Brandon Stark with a noose around his neck is seen..
Rickard "I demand a trial by combat for my son, as is our right"
King "Agreed, my champion is fire...."
Bright green flame and then cut.
Would give the mad king screen time and give us flashback to a tale from the books.

Bran Wargs into Dany's dragon and has it fly as high as it can and then drops her.
She loses.

Napoleon, I believe that scene has been filmed. Not sure if they're going to use it though.
