Well, she has to be able to pull off the whole getting her ear hacked off thing, too.
Wonder who they will cast as Darkstar.

One major change in this episode I happened to really like is Jojen's death. He was obviously a dead man walking in the books (if not dead already if you believe the Jojen Paste theory), and honestly killing him right there was the time to do it. One apparent blunder that I think the show made up for.

Except for being killed by damn pirate skeletons and a Street Fighter 2 fireball.

They aged up Tommen, so to make it believable that Myrcella is the elder, they need to age her up as well.

Didn't mind the skeletons too much; the book does mention wights that were nothing but skeletons and I suppose if they were buried for a long time...well, it wasn't that bad.
The fireballs were the truly goofy part. The Children DID set the wights on fire, but I was thinking of a more traditional approach, like torches. I don't see them hurling fireballs.

One thing I'm wondering - why did neither Shae nor Tywin call out for guards? Did Tywin send them away when Shae would come to his chambers? I guess Varys could have had them elsewhere but I think Shae and Tywin would have called out anyway.

From A Wiki of Ice and Fire:
quote:
Jojen falls into a resigned depression, wanting to go home to Greywater Watch. Meera implies while speaking with Bran that Jojen has had a greendream of his fate when he goes to Greywater Watch, and that the outcome is not good
He's still alive as of Dance.

Shae I just think was too scared to even think of such. Plus would the guards come simply for Shae, and not Lord Tywin?
And also I think the privy may be fairly distant from the door where the guards were, to where unless he screamed to the very top of his lungs, they wouldn't have come, and doing that would surely make Tyrion kill him.

He's kind of MIA in the last Bran chapter...plus the paste tastes like blood. Jojenpaste

Weren't really fireballs, more like molotov cocktails. Looked like the girl was throwing pouches that would react from maybe magic, start glowing after she threw them and explode on impact.
